Boekie operates as a booking platform that facilitates reservations between customers and participating organizations (restaurants, venues, etc.). We provide the technology and platform to connect customers with these organizations but are not directly responsible for the services provided by these organizations.

2. Booking Service Disclaimer

By using our platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Boekie acts solely as an intermediary platform between customers and organizations
  • All bookings, reservations, and services are the direct responsibility of the participating organizations
  • Any issues, disputes, or complaints regarding actual service delivery must be addressed directly with the relevant organization
  • We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or accuracy of the services provided by participating organizations

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of our platform, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when making bookings
  • Comply with the specific terms and policies of participating organizations
  • Honor your bookings or cancel them in accordance with the organization's cancellation policy
  • Not use our platform for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes

4. Limitation of Liability

Boekie shall not be liable for:

  • Any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform
  • The quality, safety, or satisfaction of services provided by participating organizations
  • Any disputes between users and participating organizations
  • Cancellations, modifications, or refunds related to bookings

5. Platform Usage

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue any aspect of our platform at any time
  • Suspend or terminate user accounts that violate these terms
  • Update these terms of service as needed

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our platform are owned by Boekie and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes regarding platform functionality should be directed to Boekie. However, disputes regarding actual services must be resolved directly with the participating organization.
